Red saree from Tollywood film Snehituda

Renowned production house, Gemini Film Circuit presents a romantic entertainer – Snehituda starring starring Naani (of Ashta Chemma fame) and Madhavi Lata (of Nachchavule fame. Produced on Satyam Entertainments, the film is directed by Satyam Bellamkonda. The lovestory is pepped up with good music, great entertainment, family values, and ingredients of a wholesome entertainer.

In case you don’t know, Tollywood refers to Telugu language film industry in India. In terms of number of movies made, Tollywood is bigger than Hollywood or Bollywood. I think it produces about 250 movies a year, compared to about 200 of Bollywood and the total revenue is about $2B, yes, that is B, as in billion, and yes, it is $ and not Rs.

But I digress; other than the hideous red pins in her hair, I like this saree, the slight shimmer adds just the right amount of glitz to it.
